Follow Bless Collective is looking for an experienced and exceptional Community Care Managerto join our team at 30 Tivendale Road Officer, reporting to the Follow Bless Collective Board and the Lead Pastor of Follow Baptist Church.
The Follow Bless Collective (BLESS) is a not-for-profit charity located in Officer and Servicing the Cardinia Area. It is the charity arm of Follow Baptist Church as was launched in June 2016 to support the Cardinia Shire community with meals and material aid.
The Bless Collective provides weekly meals at Pakenham Hall inside the Pakenham Library complex for a sit down meal as well as care packs to people in need. The Community Meal aims to provide a hub for food and friendship for those in need in the local community. We provide meals for our guests as well as items such as clothing, toiletries and emergency food supplies.
Role and Responsibility
Regular communication to key stakeholders including drafting written reports as required
Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities and work with external stakeholders to deliver quality programs that meet community needs
Coordinate office personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals
Provide thorough and accurate reports on the activities performed within the business
Deliver presentations on BLESS programs to educate community about services and welfare needs
Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards
Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
Manage all third party communication and technology queries and networking
Essential Skills and Qualifications
At least diploma in allied health, social work or other health-care certificate required
3-5 years of experience in similar role
A can-do attitude
Desirable
Experience working with system
Good communication both written and verbal

Hourly Rate: $37.35 - 40.05 depending on qualifications
